Ridvan once again proves that he has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Theistic arguments for God's existence are neutral amongst religions. There's been a number of arguments that Muslims worked on, cascaded and were later developed by Christian's. https://twitter.com/ApostateProphet/status/1338357652213145600
In fact, let's fo one step further, there wouldn't be discussions that many Christian philosophers had, or a renaissance for that matter if Muslims didn't bother translating Greek texts. If there are arguments Muslims most definitely contributed to them.
Go read works by Shaykh Foudah who comment on these issues within Kalam. It's true that Muslims haven't done contemporary work in arguments for God's existence but I see that changing quite rapidly in the near future. Despite that your initial argument is a complete straw man.
I'm just perplexed at how someone can say "at least Christians arguments for God's existence are good". There are no "Christian" arguments for God's existence.

There are just arguments that any theist can pick up and use. What's even more ironic though about this is that -
- most theistic arguments directly lead to pure monotheism. It's actually Christians who bear the burden of proof for showing that God has attributes that allow Him to also be a man and so on.

Have you read a basic book on Aqeedah? It talks about those same arguments you idiot.
