Also, after DGW19, Liverpool have Spurs away (not great for triple up) AND City have West Brom.
By free hitting in DGW19, you would have triple City AND no Liverpool assets.
Therefore, I see that as the optimum strategy for players w/o their first WC.

There are likely to be more DGWs which means having to use 3 chips , leaves you short in the long run
If you have saved your WC, you are in great stead and should BB in GW19 and FH in GW19
