I asked Sun Belt commissioner Keith Gill if Coastal Carolina and Louisiana could play in a bowl game.
"I heard that chatter. I get why it's exciting. It's not something I anticipate."

The Cure Bowl is 8 days from now. If Coastal isn't ready for tomorrow, the contact tracing could knock them out for a bowl game that quickly, too.
Gill on the Coastal-Louisiana bowl idea: "Bowl season has a lot of moving parts. I'm not saying it wouldn't be a good option. It's based on conversations with bowls and opportunities. I don't anticpate that as an opportunity that would happen."
Asked if the Cure Bowl or Camellia Bowl could be moved back to accomodate Coastal, Gill says he's not sure.
