Be patient as you build, especially for Africa. Too many things to learn about the market. We dont have many success stories to provide playbooks. Bootstrapping is fine also. Give yourself time before you have to convince anyone.
A good way to do well is to be fast on product as you learn how the market behaves and reacts to the things you do. But there's no need to spend gazillions on other things.
However much you're convinced, you don’t know the market until you're playing in the space. Maybe you've got some experience in the industry. That can be super helpful.
Build, put it out there. Make sure founders do customer service so you can understand what your customers need. Create value for them and charge for it. The right ones will pay for a great service.
