1. End MS and HS screens permanently and replace with equity based enrollment algorithm
2. End current G&T test/model
3. End SHSAT
4. Fund all districts to develop integration plans

Integration is not just the movement of bodies. It is the movement of resources, pedagogy curriculum, and power to center on those most historically marginalized. This is desegregation. Necessary, but not sufficient.
