Using this chart, I will attempt to recommend some teams & players depending on the strategy:

For me, currently leaning towards FH18/TC19. I personally feel BB is best coupled with WC.

Note 1:
Probably the only SGW team worth keeping for GW19 are:
Teams they are playing on GW19 & beyond.
MCI: CRY, wba, SHU, bur
TOT: shu, LIV, bha, CHE
EVE: avl, LEI, NEW, lee
And Martinez as I don't fancy using FT just to remove him & replace with a DGW GK.
