We start our journey in September 2018, when @kitterati blogged about our year goals.

@kitterati's blog post marked the start of our work with civil and public servants to develop a new perspective on leadership, and connecting with different people and groups thinking about alternative ways to lead. https://link.medium.com/25wYPaxTjcb
On 1 March, 2019, we ran our first ever discovery workshop on exploring future leadership. Our discovery question was: “Leadership for what?”

Then, after six months preparation, in Feb 2020, we ran an online global Futures Leadership event. We were joined by people across the world for three workshops.
