THREAD - Congressional Route of Trump Re-Election (REVISED)
In January, Republicans will hold about 200 seats in the House of Representatives.
For each Rep that objects (joined by a Senator), there can be a 2-hour delay in the vote.

2/
Same or diff Rep can object to each state (Unclear if contingent election would be triggered by <
270 or <majority of certified vote—need more info).
With neither candidate meeting min, it would force a contingent election.
Trump wins in a contingent election.

270 or <majority of certified vote—need more info).

3/
WHY THE OTHER CONGRESSIONAL PATH WOULD FAIL:
If Representatives object to only the contested states, after a max of 2 hours, the 2 chambers would vote on these states.
WHY THE OTHER CONGRESSIONAL PATH WOULD FAIL:

4/
This is a floor vote - the entire legislative body in each chamber of Congress.
Without Democrat support in the House (extremely unlikely) the motion will be rejected.
Biden will receive all 304 votes he claims.
Biden is President.
