I kinda feel like.... when it comes to Fairy Tail, majority of people (yes fans included) just forgets that.. there's factors that goes into fight. One thing to not like the fight (thats fair), but some of this stuff is actually explained throughout the series.
People were like "Team Natsu shouldn't have lost to Kyria and the others early on in 100YQ", but it makes sense? They let their guard down, and Natsu got his weakness exploited and Erza got her "strength" cut, and then Kyria just slashes everyone and captures Wendy Erza and Natsu
And the Dragon Eaters later on got their back blown out too.
My point is. Just bc you're strong as shit =/= you'll be winning EVERY fight. There's always gonna be people who will catch you off guard along with exploiting your weakness, and thats exactly what happened there.

Same shit with Erza and Wendy in the latest chapter, they were at a disadvantage at the start. Not only that, they're on Elentir. They deadass know nothing about the place or how anything work except for that the place is overflowing with magic. Wendy just deadass learned-
Spritiual arts to even combat an opponent that they couldnt even touch with magic in the first place. Add that with the new stuff the opponents slapped on in the newest chapter, that caught them off hard + she used something to gas Wendy and Erza too. To me, its like: "how

HOPEFULLY. I put it into perspective in some way for someone. I feel like people for some reason just forgers that there's actually logic applied you know in Fairy Tail if you look into context. Like Team Natsu has shown shit loads of feats in Alvarez, but they're not invincible.
