The Scottish Food Coalition are excited to launch our new project, #SFCFoodStories. This is a collection of currently 80+ powerful stories from people across Scotland on how they have experienced the food system during Covid-19.
These are the voices of real people from our food system and communities - from farmers and food bank users, to community groups and asylum seekers. These stories showcase the challenges we face, as well as the opportunities, in Scotland's food system. #SFCFoodStories
They illustrate why we need to prioritise the wellbeing of people and planet when we're making decisions about our food system. We want to add stories so that we can continue to grow this rich and varied collection of experiences and to help us speak for change. #SFCFoodStories
As the Scottish Government develops its Statement of Policy on Food, it is vital that people across Scotland are heard by decision-makers and that they feel empowered to speak up for, and demand, the changes need. #SFCFoodStories
We now invite you to visit our project at http://www.foodstories.foodcoalition.scot  to explore the collection so far and don’t forget to share your own unique story! #SFCFoodStories
