Unvetted shower thoughts:

My biggest blind spot might be enterprise SaaS remaining stickier than I am afraid it will. It am looking forward to chatting with @MinionCapital in January because I really don’t want to remain stupid.
But fundamentally, I worry that software in the past was so sticky because fewer people knew about it, worked in it, etc. Thus, more were afraid of it, didn’t try new things, etc.

But now tech is ubiquitous. Even luddites like myself try new things.
What does that do to switching costs over the next 20 years? It seems as though the never ending desire to remove friction from the world would lead to the natural consequence of reducing switching costs over time.
I’d be much better served hunting for places where that fear is disprovable and/or where the cost is so low that switching doesn’t make sense.

Open to any suggestions!
