How should an ideal neivedya which satisfies all these above in daily life be like , this doubt almost creates a lot of confusion in people.

What ever you cook for afternoon which can be offered to lord without any tamasic and Rajasic foods in it should be used for neivedya.
Any food should be offered to lord and eaten and it is eatable only after offering it to lord, since the karma attached with will be released by lord. Hence it is said to utter a word Shree Krishnarpanamastu, while reading the mantras during the neivedya.
Best people can do is

1. Chaawal & or Roti
2. Jaggery
3. Spoonfull of rice in milk and sugar(Kheer)
3. Little curd and dal on rice
4. glass of water

Curd, ghee, gudd, milk, rice and roti are main. Dal can be or not added. any sabjis without onion garlic can be offered
***Dont taste the daily food or smell it intentionally while cooking**. All neivedyas can be made anytime as per your convenience and offered to bhagwaan🙏🏼
