THE IMPORTANCE OF SECOND PART OF DURGA SAPTASHATI.

In the city of Ujjaini there lived Kshatriya named Bhimverma. He was very violent and always did things which were prohibited by religion. He became sick and ultimately he expired. But by luck, once he

had listened to Chandi Paath. As a result he escaped Narak.

In the next birth he was born as King Mahanand of Magadh. He distinctly remembered his previous birth. He became the follower of the famous guru Katyayan. Katyayan gave him a sermon on second part of Durga Saptashati

along with the Beej mantra and left for Vindhya mountains to perform Shakti Upaasana. The King continued performing the Mahalaxmi puja and reciting the second part of Saptashati.
After twelve years of Devi seva Katyayan returned to Magadha.

This time he made the King perform the Laksh Chandi Paath.

As a result Bhagwati appeared before him and granted the knowledge Dharma, Arth, etc. He was also granted Moksha .

Just reading the second part of Saptashati gives anyone miraculous results.
