THREAD

As 2020 comes to an end, I would like to thank the superb leadership and committed contributors to the @gcarbonproject this year, which for the first time ever, has led to the publication of three global GHGs budgets: CO2, CH4, N2O.

And to understand how the contemporary and historical carbon budgets relate to climate stabilization and to the remaining carbon budget, @damon_matthews led this great paper where everything is explained.
And from global to regional carbon budgets, and back to global, this new analysis led by @ciais_philippe brought together the work of hundreds of scientists involved in the first REgional Carbon Cycle Assessment and Processes (RECCAP1)
