Wake up and "try" 2b united. I dnt hv ego prob to accept a Centralized team that has both SSR friends(Smita di, Nilotpal Sir etc) and old HT decision Telegraph Team leads. Wats d prob if u r nt in the list. Evn Im not..So?

Every1 wants HT issues to be sorted. So a core team created to bring 2gthr 2 to 3 different teams(already there) in 1 place to mutually agree on HTs and protest plans. We Were FOLLOWING HTs for last few months. We were not deciding or creating HTs.

Some1 needs to lead nt to be the boss but to plan some decisions. If thr is a team of 25 to ensure they mutually agree on a decision, why cnt we FOLLOW as one team of SSRians. In the end most of us are still asking for HT of the day and following it.

Its actually upsetting, that no one wants a Leader but still questions why is sm1 not in the core team? U follow Nilotpal Sir, Smita di..they r in this team, u follow Apu, Rupali they r in the team.. Why cnt we leave it on them to sort and conclude?

Why are we creating rivalry? The reason why u all started was for SSR and not to be In the Core team to Lead.
Understand how much it is impacting. Its going worse everyday. I see 2 separate grps of followers. Support whoever u want. Bt y dismantle?

U dismantled evn b4 it began?Thats how strong, matured ur Core team is? Ppl can oppose. Bt CORE Team need to lead by exmples.
Show ur UNITY, only thn others will follow.
