I contracted COVID with underlying health issues and I survived without the need for medical attention. A thread showing that if you have the proper preparation, supplements, and knowledge of COVID most can overcome this virus. COVID is not what you think!
Lets start off with Prevotella(anaerobic bacteria): Why do people with diabetes, hypertension and heart disease have the worst symptoms and have the highest death rates when contracting COVID? People with those diseases already have an overgrowth of Prevotella in their gut and
mouth. Prevotella is naturally occurring in the body but causes problems when there's an overgrowth. COVID acts as a bacteriophage by using Prevotella to reproduce and spread throughout the body silently. It’s easier for the virus to take over the body when you already have an
overgrowth of the targeted bacteria. Prevotella overgrowth is also associated with cavities and considered to be the main casual bacteria of adult gum disease. Whatever bacteria is in the mouth will also be in the gut because they are connected. Prevotella has been shown to
feed
off of a high carbohydrate diet. Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day and eat less carbs. Food/supplements that kill Prevotella and keep it from overgrowing are: Quercetin, ginger, orange peel, onion, garlic, green tea, cloves and elderberries.
Take Zinc! Zinc ionophore’s are substances that transport extracellular zinc across the cell membrane into the lysosome where it can stop virus replication. Zinc is a mineral that has been shown to stop viral replication but Zinc supplements never work to that affect because
when taken as a supplement it doesn’t actually get into the cell or past the cell wall. With COVID this does not help because the cells are infected and need Zinc to enter the cell to stop the virus from replicating. So this is where Quercetin comes in! Quercetin acts as a Zinc
ionophore thus allowing Zinc to enter the cell and stop viral replication but these two supplements must be taken together for this to happen. The reason children seem to have it easier with covid may be due to their gut health being at an earlier and healthier stage than adults
who have damaged their guts with poor diet over time.

-quercetin rich foods + quercetin supplement

-Vitamin D
-B vitamins
