So I'm coming out tonight.

I am nonbinary. I would love it if you refer to me using they/them pronouns. This has been an incredibly freeing realization for me. I feel like the weight of BS gender expectations has been lifted. I have been feeling more fully, crying more for joy and sadness and just...

feeling free. This is who I am. This is what best describes myself to the world.

So in a very me fashion I would love it if you celebrate with me and say "TERFs and Transphobes are shitty hateful fuckers that can fuck right off."

Though I would like to clarify that while I reject gender for myself I think it's completely valid to use gender to describe yourself. It's all about what you feel best communicates yourself to the world.

I also want to specifically thank @TatianaTMac. Her talk “Our Banal Binary” really helped change my perception of how I think about these things.

Also for my English 101 teacher Mrs. Reinhardt who taught me “Meaning lies in people not words.”

Huh, how interesting that the color theme of "Our Banal Binary"'s slides have a very similar color scheme to the Singularian flag.
