late night thoughts: I think the most important lesson I've learned this year is to protect and cultivate my peace.
I think that is harder than it looks though. I say this as someone who genuinely strives to see the best in everyone I meet.

Some people really just are adamant about disrupting your peace. Let go and let live. That's what I've learned.
I think on the subject of peace, identifying those who cultivate it and those who disrupt is also wise to do.

It goes back to the phrase "not everyone is for you". And that's true honestly. People carry their own trauma and then project because they haven't dealt with it fully.
lol I think one thing to also think about too is you not being the disruptor of someone else's peace. Another important lesson I learned this year.

Sometimes we disrupt the peace of others because we don't have peace within ourselves. (I know that sounds corny, but it's true.)
Anyway, I hope you all find time to rest during the holiday season. 2020 has done a number of all of us and rejuvenation is needed to carry on good work in the new year.đź’«
