1/4 It seems the Court of Appeal is keen to lay down some proper guidance for the lower courts when it comes to #CancerousCerburus relying on heavily redacted documents to hide what they say is commercial sensitivity.
2/4 Judges have been taking the word of #Promontoria lawyers and ignoring other evidence to get a false outcome because they felt unable to doubt the lawyers integrity. What if the judges dared to look deeper? What if it wasn't commercially sensitive details that were redacted?
3/4 What if the redactions actually hide a completely different story to the claimed narrative? What if a huge number of public documents support the "alternative facts" and not those claimed by #Promontoria and previously accepted by less diligent judges?
4/4 Is justice finally coming for 1000's SME's & @HMRCgovuk ?
