My loved one with a severe mental illness was just released after 2 years, most of which was in solitary. The group helping him arranged a place to stay. Turns out that place had ZERO idea he was coming. Offered him the floor with dozens of others if he had a valid license.

After being locked up 2 years his license expired. Thirty-seven degrees overnight and can't go to a shelter he's court-ordered to be at because they require identification.

Please pray for the mentally ill and homeless, especially my loved one, NB. With all the money we spend to help them, little actually trickles down to the ones in need.
