I'm a moderate vaxxer. There are some that I think are sketchy or unnecessary, and fetal cell ethics is a real question, but still, a lot of vaccines are good and extremely low risk.

Just judging the methodolgy, the Covid vaccines look to be on the safer end of the spectrum.
With Moderna and Pfizer, the way they work is that they give you one particular messenger RNA from the virus, and this gets your body to do the rest.

If you don't get the vaccine, then you still risk getting this messenger RNA, bc if you get COVID you get the whole thing.
So if you are super spooked by the idea of the vaccine, then you should also be super spooked by exposing yourself to COVID. But if you think COVID is relatively low risk, then the vaccine should be an even lower risk.
This doesn't interact with the more conspiratorial views, of course, but those are in a different ballpark of discourse altogether. If we are just talking reasonable science and risk, I think my logic holds.
