1. Want 2 take a sec 2 thank @mwebster1971 @CubbieBears @monsterstocks1 @MartyChargin @duckman1717 @TMLTrader @JohnMuchow & @IBDinvestors (& really many more). About 2 years ago I was doing OK trading & then the co. I work for put a 30 day hold reg on any new buys or add-on buys.
2. I was really pissed! I complained & made my case to our ethics dpt. repeatedly to no avail. Now anyone who is serious about trading knows that cutting losses short is 1 of our major tools & I basically had that stripped away. I didn't know if I could keep trading w/out a net.
3. I contemplated putting trading on hold till I found a new job(still available if anyone needs a great hire BTW!). @ that same time I started using $TWTR more for fin info & 2 learn more. What a great way to tap into the minds of some truly great traders!
4. I got some good psychological help/feedback and I was determined to not be left behind what I felt was going to be one of the greatest starts to a Bull in our lives. I did 4 things that, although not novel, they made all the difference applied w/ some discipline:
5. A) Scoured Charts & Screened for what looked like could be TMLs
B) Started buying on FTD
C) Started small, when trade worked w/ profit, + more @ key pivot points (DMA support or break
new bases)
D) Sit in winners, tune out noise, patience.

6. I did miss some good TML entries that I felt good about but the 30 Day hold is a real psychological drag @ times & I also missed ETHE @ 70 & GBTC @ 15 cause they're way 2 volatile 2 hold for 30 days. But overall I can't complain with how it's gone so far, up 160% on the year.
7. I'm not writing this to brag, in my heart I know I could have done better this year w/ the safety net of a stop loss but maybe I would have done worse w/out taking the new regulation & viewing it not as just burden but a blessing instead to get hyper focused on CANSLIM.
8. I also get that this was a Super Bull, a lot of boats rose but the point of all this is: I want 2 really thank all of U & those I may have missed, from the bottom of my heart, truly! & if anyone is reading this, down on themselves, maybe the year wasn't that great...
9. OK this year sucked in some ways, but it was great in many ways equally as well... If I could do this with no net, you can do this too with some discipline & hard work. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & New Year and lets get at 2021!!! PS if I could help anyone/bounce ideas
