2. The Superior Court Judge has ordered LA Mayor @ericgarcetti to have his deposition taken by video no later than the end of January.

She made it clear that as Rick Jacobs' supervisor, it was perfectly appropriate for Garcetti to be deposed as part of this lawsuit.
3. Garcetti has gotten passed up for job after job in the Biden admin. Two months ago, he would have been a top pick for Transportation Secretary.

But he remains as co-chair of Biden's Inauguration despite ample evidence that he covered up the sexual misconduct of his top aide.
