We are here on the 18th day of Richmas to celebrate what is now known as a DIMMASTY.
Dictionary definition: A group of players who embody what is defined as the “Richmond Man”, play under the guidance & coaching of Damien “Dimma” Hardwick, winning 3 flags in 4 years.

This year has been a season like no other and honestly I feel like we have been all of the versions of Dimma this year too.

We celebrate the unique relationships he has with his players. How’s he’s always kept growing and learning how to be a better coach, mentor, human.
This year has posed so many challenges and living away from home and family has weighed heavily.

At the end of the day, he’s a 3x Richmond Premiership coach, telling his players and club how unique they are, and how much he loves them.
