Dictionary definition: A group of players who embody what is defined as the “Richmond Man”, play under the guidance & coaching of Damien “Dimma” Hardwick, winning 3 flags in 4 years.

We've come a long long way together,
Through the hard times and the good.
We all celebrate Dimma.
From the early years...

...to now. It’s not always been easy.
This year has been a season like no other and honestly I feel like we have been all of the versions of Dimma this year too.
Ask yourself, which Dimma are you today?

We celebrate the unique relationships he has with his players. How’s he’s always kept growing and learning how to be a better coach, mentor, human.

This year has posed so many challenges and living away from home and family has weighed heavily.
Take care of yourself Dimma.

And bravely he stood against all odds. Hard work and determination to be the best he can be. Fortune has shone upon Dimma and the Richmond Football Club x3
