It's a general idea nowadays that once you get "X"...

You will be happy.

And everywhere you look, there are "experts" that claim to have the answer for the happiness equation…

But they're full of shit.

The truth is...

There's no one-size-fits-all solution for happiness.
I used to have thoughts like this:

Once I get to “this” I will be happy…

Once I have “that” I will be happy…

Once I look like "this” I will be happ

But anytime I've achieved those things…

I realized that NONE of them REALLY made me happy.

Here's what I figured out...
Happiness has absolutely nothing to do with the end result.

For me, it's about having a deep appreciation for the things in your life...

And having a calling that excites you everyday.

Its about the GRATITUDE you express.

Its about the PURPOSE you identify with & work toward.
It"s about being IN COMPLETE CONTROL of your own life.

But that's not to say everyone will feel the same way.

You have to figure out what YOUR version of happiness is…

And work for it.
