For comparison, the same Dutch company that designed this Jones Act-compliant wind turbine installation vessel also designed a new WTIV being built for @ScorpioBulkers in South Korea. . @DominionEnergy is overpaying for this vessel by at least $200 million. And for that, they are getting a "U.S.-built" vessel that is foreign-designed, with a foreign-built crane, and in a shipyard that is foreign-owned.

The price tag, however, is unfortunately very 🇺🇸.
