don't throw mental illness in someone's face during an argument. or try to analyze and diagnose someone else's behavior :) it perpetuates the belief that mentally ill folks are "difficult ppl that are impossible to deal w" and that mental illness = bad/unlikable (1/2)

ppl already tend to treat you differently or talk to you strangely when they found out you're mentally ill. constantly being told to "reach out" while being alienated and ostracized is why ppl don't reach out. so stop it. thank you xoxo (2/2)
