2. You’re gonna occasionally quote Paul from the book of James and make other gaffes. And that “one guy” will notice.
3. Some people have no sense of humor. You don’t have to find them. They will find you after the service.

6. It’s good to remember people’s names and to call them by name. Especially their kids.
