I want to be in a relationship where I can keep all aspects of my individuality. I don’t want to become one with anyone. That idea no longer appeals to me.
I am my own person with my own passion and my own path. I want someone who has that for themselves too. I want to be in a relationship where two individuals actively choose to walk their respective paths alongside one another.
I want us to be able to choose ourselves and put ourselves first. I want us to actively choose to love each other and be with one another. I want us to be able to have freedom. A lot of relationships I see don’t have those things.
I’m figuring out what’s best for me and I think this is it. This can also change drastically as I experience more of what life has to offer but as of today, this is what I’m aiming towards.
