You will be amazed at what exercise can do for your mind and body

Exercise stimulates the mind and body with neurogenesis

2. Create a never say die attitude

You will not win on every throw of the dice

You will lose sometimes, this is life, but that does not mean you quit

Those who quit don't get to their dreams; resilience is key on your path to success

Get building some today; you need it!
3. Embrace your fears

Your fears are your most significant areas of growth

When your body experiences fear, use it as your reminder to act, to face them

If something excites you or scares you, then you should do it

The universe is telling you to!
4. Read books as if they will soon be extinct

Read at least 12 books a year

Read books on current issues; this will help you experience exponential growth

Listen to podcasts and audiobooks too, but you must be creating as you consume

Consumption without creation is delusion
5. Ruffle some feathers

You have opinions and values; not everyone will agree with you

But many will

Life is about attracting the right people to you, then pushing away those that you don't want to be around

Don't hold back on saying what you believe to be true.
6. Live with no regrets

Pain + Reflection = Growth

Don't let your past be your excuse

Let it be your fuel

Figure out what is important to you, then do only those things

Stop wasting time on things you don't like, and you won't have as many regrets.
7. Never get too comfortable

We find out our real character when we face adversity

Not on the sofa watching Netflix

When we experience adversity and failure, we grow, we get better

Get out of your comfort zone

Do something new

It might change your life.
8. Do not take your Family Freinds for granted

Not all in your circle will have the same fire in their belly

But if they love you and support you, that is the crucial part

Don't confuse a lack of passion from your family for your ideas

As a lack of support for your dreams.
9) Stop making excuses

Stop blaming others for your failure

Stop thinking you are entitled to success

Stop thinking you are entitled to be happy

You can achieve these you are not entitled to them

You are the only person responsible for the success and happiness in your life
10) Be you

This can be hard for many

'Who am I anyway?' You are just a collection of ideas and influences from your life

But finding your 'WHY,' then living the life you want is the path to find who you are!
