I'm gonna gush about @teamguilded for a moment. For esports and stream team organization, is just... so much better than Discord. Discord is great for community outreach and all that, but if you work for a team or a group, you're gonna have a lot of needs unfulfilled.
A) Calendars. Are. Amazing.

So in this example, I would build out my calendar in an "iRacing" section of my server, then move it over to the public server. One thing I didn't think of doing is using the "location" for the track I was going to, but hey, something I can do later.
B) Document stores are amazing.

This allows you to create word/wordpad like docs that you can then use to share information, links, etc, all in one place and tag them for searchability. This is far more superior than a random discord file. (Which you can link to in the doc lol)
C) Wanna just have a sub thread for a moment? While discord just got replies, this literally creates a sub thread, a common system in Slack, and other fully featured software designed around optimizing time. Plus default animated emotes are cuter than Discords
D) Server Forums and Media Shares. You can literally create your own forum within the Guilded Server to talk about general long term stuff or just random crap like usual. And its PER SECTION to just like everything else. Doesn't have to be attached to a game.
E) Finally, of course they have voice chat and streaming integration. You can even make multiple channels under a single group. I made a "lobby" as a wait room with multiple teams. Tbh, this would make more sense for racing, but my goal isn't to make a full race team myself so ye
Overall, its more organized, fleshed out, and generally better for either A: larger groups sharing information or B: organized esports teams who need to share a lot of information or will be located in groups and teams. PLENTY of possibilities.
One example would be making sub categories on the left (you could have multiple "iracing" groups for example) and give each "team" on a racing esports team their own section of the server to maintain if they find it easier to organize in certain ways and build their own Calendar
But, frankly, Guilded is GREAT for this sort of thing. Discord is great too, particularly for organizing communities, allowing for communication between fans and friends, but Guilded is, imo, much better for team. Its a closer representation of something I wish Slack was, tbh.
That is all. I highly recommend if you haven't at least tried it, give it a try and EXPLORE. Go in not expecting just some sort of Discord wannabe, but realize its a completely different tool that can be used side by side. I use Discord for personal, and Guilded for gaming "work"
Particularly: Stream schedules, race/practice scheduling, and documenting any stream level vtuber settings I need to keep handy like base colors, EM colors, sizes, etc that I may need to copy into Unity or Blender, setups i need for races, etc. :)
Thank you for joining my Ted Talk. Been wanting to talk it up for a while but last time I tried a friend wasn't in a mood and... well, I feel ya'll should know. I think it would be super helpful especially for @iracing teams that are wanting to grow or stay organized.
