2. Peachtree PAC, which has emerged as one of the largest spenders in Georgia's runoffs, filed its "Statement of Organization" with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on November 6, shortly after the general election.

3. The initial filing contained no useful info on who was behind the PAC. Then Peachtree PAC filed its first financial report on December 3.

It reported ZERO raised and ZERO spent. The entire five-page report is a series of zeros.

4. Then on 12/9, Peachtree PAC started reporting MILLIONS in spending against Warnock and Ossoff. It has spent over $15 million so far. It's reserved $40 million of ads through 1/5/21.

5. This was intentional. Peachtree PAC opted to report monthly rather than quarterly. FEC regs would require Peachtree PAC to reveal its donors on December 24. 7. Peachtree PAC also misled the FEC. The Senate Leadership Fund, Mitch McConnell's Super PAC, admitted that it is OPERATING Peachtree PAC.

But when Peachtree PAC filed its Statement of Organization it reported no affiliated committees.

8. McConnell's Super PAC (and almost certainly McConnell himself) know who is funding the Peachtree PAC but they are refusing to reveal it.

They are purposely hiding this information from voters
