I think one thing people should take away from this last year on Warhammer twitter, is that there are no shortcuts to the top. You look at some of the hobby accounts with lots of followers. These are people that have been working their arses for years and, in a lot of cases, (1)

have seen the raw underbelly of a hobby that can be cruel, unfair, a “closed shop”, “closed minded” and yet despite this they still turn out great work, run shops, run school clubs, generate content and in some cases have other jobs on the side.

something to say, consider that experience and maybe open your ears and listen to them.
