1. Remember why you started
Thinking back when you set out for the journey and the excitement you had when started. By going back to the beginning helps you focus on why you started in the first place.

2. Understand the reason behind why you want to give up
Working on a project alone can be overwhelming. This could be struggling for time, not having enough energy to finish etc
You have to pinpoint why exactly you feel overwhelm with and tackle those issues.

3. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small they seem
We tend to feel motivated when we see what we achieve, so celebrate the small wins during the journey! Instead of keep thinking what we want to achieve, think what progress we have made.

4. Find support from others
