1) I was inspired by @WarClandestine’s last thread so I decided to do my own w some options Trump has that I expect he will exercise here shortly. As we learn that there was foreign interference in the election & the scope of how much they interfered comes to light they will
2) try to summon unrest. The swamp knows what they did and have their domestic terror agents on standby in case they need them for any reason. However we know that these groups have been tracked through mapping as we as their comms through signal. Could this be why our friend
3) Says at the end of drop #22 “No war. No civil unrest. Clean and swift.” One can only imagine a very water right plan being in place for that to be true. Looks like these domestic terrorists will not be operating in a way that will surprise those tasked with eliminating them.
4) In drop 22 our friend asks us what other President used the military to save the republic? He then asks what occurred exactly?
4) Abraham Lincoln did. He used broad emergency powers under the commander in chief clause of the constitution section II which lays out that POTUS “take care that the laws be carefully executed along with his oath to “uphold, protect, & defend the constitution”.
5) His broad emergency powers included deploying military forces to get the rebellion under control, suspend habeas corpus, authorized arbitrary arrests, & used military tribunals to try civilians in occupied or contested areas.
6) These powers were justified under his duty to uphold the constitution & save the republic. He starting strategically planning in 1862 but did not act on his plan until 1864. There is a reason a painting of Lincoln hangs in the Oval Office.... could this be why?
7) All this to say, Abraham Lincoln used constitutional martial law in order to take care of business. I see this as the most likely approach because it accomplishes what needs to get done in a very affective way. In drop #11 our friend asks
8) “Under what article can the President impose MI take over investigations for the 3 letter agencies?” Martial law. Civilian courts won’t operate. Interesting. He also gives us hints about who will be aiding POTUS in getting the job done. In drop #22 our friend asks about
9) the National Guard (NG) & the Marines working together, in drop #14 our friend asks “What authority does POTUS have specifically over the Marines?” He has the power to call on the Marine Corps as an emergency 911 response force. I learned about this while I was on active duty.
10) It seems our friend was letting us know the Marines & NG will be working together during this national emergency that is declared thanks to EO 13848. The insurrection act will likely be implemented as well in order to arrest those who are rebelling against the government.
11) One of the best parts about this is although the deep state knows POTUS is coming for them, they will have no clue when. In drop #14 our friend asks us, “What is state secrets and how upheld in the SC?”
12) This privilege allows an exclusion of evidence when it may involve sensitive information that can cause a threat to national security. Courts are known to not be able to continue with a case which involves state secrets & usually results in dismissal of a case.
13) With that avenue & approach outline here is my next dig based on drop #2 which asks Who has ultimate authority over our branches of military w/o approval from congress unless 90+ in wartime conditions? The answer is of course POTUS. But if you caught the end it says “wartime”
14) Meaning, if POTUS were to use the War Powers Resolution, war would have to be going on. The War Powers Resolution would allow POTUS to commit troops to military action w/ the only requirement being he has to let congress know within 48 hours of committing them.
15) His restrictions are that he may have them in place for no longer than 60 days with a 30 day withdrawal period allowing 90 days total. That covers avenue #2.
