Apparently it’s “not shy” in stating the over representation of certain minorities. But then the Left and the race lobby isn’t “shy” in saying certain minorities are over represented in the prison population. Sounds as though one type of non shyness is good and the other bad?

And it seems as though it’s less worthy of comment that it’s white girls who are over represented as victims of these gangs. Yet that doesn’t seem to make these cases racially aggravated. Which, if the victims were from minorities would be a source of outrage.

There are toxic and misogynist attitudes to women in certain minority communities. This report seems to have been drafted to sweep this under the carpet and exonerate the “over represented” offenders.
