Let's make the cup smaller! Banyak lagi cara, but this one is pretty easy to do and works most of the time.
• Hold on to the cup in one hand.
• Use the forefinger or thumb of your other hand to punch down one side of the cup (refer the video)
• Hold the fold and dah siap!

This might sound daunting, but trust us! With practice, it will soon become second nature. We think of it kind of like putting on contact lenses. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get past that, it'll be a snap!
• Gently insert your still-folded cup and release once inside (it blooms!).
• GENTLY twist, wiggle, or pull the stem to ensure suction or a seal has been achieved.
• You are good to go for up to 10 hours!

Okay, kita dah insert the cup dengan berjayanya, next is to remove the cup.

The key is to relax, bear down and to break the seal. Make sure not to just pull by the stem!
• Sitting on a toilet would be the easiest way to remove.
• Bear down on your pelvic muscles (yes, kind of like when youre doing a number 2!) and GENTLY pull on the stem until you can touch the base of the cup.
• Pinch the base to break suction and gently pull the cup out.

Remember!
DO NOT pull the cup out all the way using just the stem! You need to break suction/seal first so it can slide out easily.

Once you are done with the cup, wash, sterilize for 3 to 4 minutes, dry and keep safely in your pouch.
