HUNGER FOR GROWTH, HINATA SHOYO (THREAD).

From practicing all by himself and relying in matches on his natural reflexes to playing with some of the coutnries' best players Hinata Shoyo has not only learned and grown as a volleyball player but most importantly as a character.
EXPERIMENTING AND ADAPTABILITY (SEASON 1)

After getting to know our boys at Karasuno, Hinata is eager to continue making fast and crazy plays in order to make up for his lack of basic volleyball fundamentals due to practicing mostly alone throughout Junior High.
However, quickly after getting comfortable we see how our opponents slowly come up with different techniques to become that high and tall wall Hinata so desperately wants to break through. This further hammers on to Hinata's shortcoming as someone with a naturally small physique.
OVERCOMING HARDSHIPS (SEASON 2)

The bittersweet and heartwrenching loss against Seijoh has left everyone in Karasuno with nothing but the idea that things has to change drastically and this leaves both Hinata and Kageyama in opposite mindsets for the "team's benefit".
Hinata's greed to keep on striving to be better than he was last match as he always has to 1 up himself to stand equally with everyone else on the court. This thought constantly gnaws at his mind and it eventually leads him to ask help by Coach Ukai and a certain someone else.
Evolution. That idea is all and everything that flows through the minds of our boys at Karasuno as they all train individually and acquire new skills. Hinata's pace, or tempo is a very important factor for him to properly mix inside the team and for him to stay unpredictable.
FERTILE GROUND (SEASON 3)

The third Season mainly serves as the physical representation of all of the accumulated time, effort, growth and most importantly evolution Hinata and the rest of our team have undergone. Our win against both Seijoh v2 and Shiratorizawa says volumes.
A CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE (SEASON 4)

Right off the bat we hear that Hinata has yet another obstacle and goal to climb up to after being confronted that most of Hinata's achievements are largely contributed by Kageyama. Hinata's main "internal" character growth starts from here.
The reason why I want to emphasize on the internal aspect of Hinata's character is because in Season 2 he was able to get outsider perspective, whereas in the latest season Hinata's growth stems from nobody else but himself. He is making up for his flaws on his own accord.
I think that while the previous seasons have showcased how well Hinata is able to adapt according to the situation, Season 4 truly... ahem, put into PERSPECTIVE, the development Hinata has gone through over the course of the entire series so far...

And man, are we feasting.
