COVID-19 VACCINES: PFIZER VS MODERNA
Some background basics:
*NEITHER CAN GIVE YOU COVID-19, AND NEITHER ALTER YOUR GENES.
Moderna is definitely easier on the supply chain.

1 case of severe COVID-19 in Pfizer vaccine arm (though did not require hospitalization) vs 0 in Moderna.
Moderna has less side effects after Dose 1
But... Moderna has more side effects after Dose 2. Again, side effects are to be expected with reactogenicity.
Grade 3 side effects also more prevalent in Moderna trial at 4.1% overall vs 1.5%. Grade 3 typically means enough to impair productivity.
Overall, the vaccines are roughly equivalent with some clinical trial caveats.
These still require real-world application and data!
