If @torontopolice are going to make up stories about the Lamport fire, they should at least work to make the stories consistent.

(They also show residents of the encampment video evidence of the same the next morning.)

Story 3: Well, if @CBCLorenda is on the case, we'll just say it wasn't witnesses but video that proves it was accidental (still have not produced the video ... I have filed an FOI).
