disclaimer: this is all my opinion and from my own experience. just because I say to do something does not mean you have to do it in anyway or that I think any other way is wrong
HARSH TRUTHS:
-no fasting/restricting will not suddenly become 10x easier, u may experience a honeymoon phase right when you move, but bingeing also becomes easier
-ur grades will drop and thats ok. i went from a 98.5% average to approx. a 90% average uni is

-ur first exam will probably be absolutely terrifying, I was so scared that I almost threw up BUT i swear it really does get easier

GENERAL TIPS:
-don’t forget a suitcase!! i packed all my stuff in boxes and now i have to use garbage bags to go home for break lol
-if u get overwhelmed easily, plan every week out to the hour (example below)

-get a water bottle with a sippy mouth/straw and keep it in front of you, you’re more likely to mindlessly drink
-lecture notes > reading notes, often specific examples etc. in tests will be from the lecture

-READ THE SYLLABUS BEFORE U ASK ANY QUESTIONS. ik everyone says this but emailing your prof a question that’s on the syllabus makes you look really bad

-speak in your tutorials if you can. those who participate are often more likely to get better marks
