A lot has been spoken about Frank's inability to manage games according to the circumstances.

While this is true on occasion, we should try & recall the games where his substitutions were spot on e.g. Giroud sub vs Rennes for last-gasp winner.

As such, Frank needs to continue working on both the type & timing of the change.
