When you dig down to how this mRNA vaccine actually works it's fucking dope. It's an achievement of science and amazing and mind-blowing

Essentially it's a suspension with mRNA encoding the covid spike protein encased in a fatty layer. That fatty layer merges with the cell membrane of the cells at the injection site (also fatty) and the mRNA enters the cell.

The cell thinks it's just another mRNA that needs to be translated so it goes to a ribosome and makes the protein. That protein then shuttles to the cell surface. The mRNA breaks down soon after becoming nothing. IT DOES NOT GO INTO THE NUCLEUS.

Your body then sees the spike protein (the antigen ) as a foreign molecule and develops antibodies against it. These antibodies stick around your blood and in case they ever encounter the actual live virus, they attack it before it can become seriously infectious.

That's your immunity. ideally your body keeps a "memory" of that spike protein and the resultant antibodies ready to knock down the actual virus. This is super fucking cool technology.
I assume the spike protein doesn't stick to the muscle cells that produce them.

This shit is only scary if you don't understand it. Learn how vaccines work. It demystifies the whole process and it's pretty mundane when you understand it.

And trust me, the vaccine isn't going to change your DNA. If we had the technology to just inject someone and change their genome, fucking A, that's some sci fi level future shit
