By then, if all goes as planned, K-12 educators should have been vaccinated.
(For those who plan to be, which is going to be its own whole kettle of fish)
As of yet, there isn't a plan to vaccinated students simply because there isn't a vaccine approved for most students K-12.
So what does money do?
1. Massive amounts of constant testing and contact tracing, one assumes?
2. Infusions of $ for cleaning/prepping/additional bus runs/technology, maybe?
3. Are we going to talk facilities and staffing? Because that's part of the issue and that's BIG money.
(It being April and thus more reasonable to open windows, spend time outdoors and such in most of the country will also help, of course)
