'Closed culture' is clearly a thing. 2000 inspectors have now been trained in inspecting services where a 'closed culture' is suspected.
No idea what this means in practice. Call for wider responsibility (fair enough) and a named specialist commissioner for complex care...
Maybe @rayjjames ( @bill_mumford and others) could feed into this discussion before departing for sunnier climes (like all those who came before).
I feel slightly (naively) heartened that Kate Terroni mentions being kept awake at night. This stuff should do.
And then a bit more blither. Summary: pile of shite review and demeaning 'message from' @CareQualityComm response.
