So I've been getting some questions about how to make roleplay speech carry more emotion.

I'll share a few techniques I use to help make speech more exciting to read.

"Trailing off. . ." A few dots at the end of a sentence implies that their is more to the thought.

"S-Stuttering!" Stuttering can be used to imply nervousness or worry.

"P. . . Pausing." Pausing can be another way to imply nervousness or even excitement. Maybe the word is hard to say.

"Halting-!" This can imply the sentence ends abruptly for some reason.

"Cut o--" This implies your words have been cut off by an action of some sort.

"Flirting~!" This can show case a playful tone in the voice, and different punctuation can set the tone.

". . .trailing in" This can show what your saying is a continuation of a thought.

Also don't forget otomotpia! Some times a "Grrr. . ." Or a "Hmmph!" Can really show emotion when combined with sentences.

Overall, it's down to your style, but I hope this can help make your text speech a little more exciting!
