Kobe Bryant is a great place to start.

Now you gotta be able to hold for the long run.

We personally can't buy enough Kobe, here's why

1. Incoming Hall of Fame Induction

In May of 2021 Kobe Bryant will be inducted in the Hall of Fame.

This will certainly turn into a big event due to his tragic passing at the start of 2020.

2. A Kobe Documentary

During his last season Kobe hired his own camera crew to follow him around on/off the court.

They had unprecedented access to anything/everything that happened.

And the crew was never told to leave somewhere because it was Kobe's.

Another thing to remember is the effect that the Last Dance doc had on MJ's card prices.

It was insane.

So, even if the spike is a fraction of that things will have appreciated very nicely from todays prices.

3. Time

Sports cards are only becoming more popular which will increase demand for hall of fame players like Kobe.

New people coming into the hobby typically start with superstar players like Kobe, LBJ, MJ, etc.

So, if the hobby continues to grow so will the demand for Kobe.
