BREAKING NEWS: SIBR INVESTIGATES.

We all know it's a big deal for #blaseball when a Blagonball is discovered. But we also know that it's only when someone NOTICES the achievement that it happens, right? And it (almost) never matters who it was, it's just the league? WELL..

We all know it's a big deal for #blaseball when a Blagonball is discovered. But we also know that it's only when someone NOTICES the achievement that it happens, right? And it (almost) never matters who it was, it's just the league? WELL..
The first "in league" Blagonball, 3-Blood, was credited to Sandie Turner of the @nymillenials, for this "Steal Around the Bases" back in Season 4:

This achievement has long been associated with the Mills as part of their identity.

This achievement has long been associated with the Mills as part of their identity.
However, unnoticed at the time ... on the SAME gameday, just down the coastline in Baltimore, Nagomi McDaniel did the same thing ... THREE INNINGS EARLIER.

Again, ultimately this doesn't affect anything, since the Blagonball being discovered is the goal for the entire League, it hasn't changed Sandie (or Nagomi) in any fashion, and for all we know these things may have happened in the Before (aka mostly before SIBR kept data) ...
Also, technically, this event has been surpassed, since the advent of 5th base meant that a player could do this with FOUR SB instead of THREE ... which was done 6 times. The player who deserves the credit for this 1st time achievement is none other than ...
... my best friend (Reply if he's your best friend too!), Richmond Harrison. https://reblase.sibr.dev/game/7fe355b9-39af-4fa7-bc31-3aa553004d80#5eefd3d4-638c-4132-23fe-55ff12786a29
ADDENDUM: When reached for comment, @NagomiMcdaniel was quoted as saying: "I thought it was some trash on the field. Too busy stealing home to bother with it." https://twitter.com/NagomiMcdaniel/status/1339271778292690944
Official representatives from the Crabitat have also replied that observers watched as "Nagomi ... chucked it all the way up to NYC in a single throw."
