The secret to Twitter: 1) follow people you like, respect, enjoy, who engage with you, who help/push you to make yourself a better person, 2) log in when it's a release and a relief, 3) log off when it's too much or you need a break or present life awaits, 4) block when you
need to, 5) have a low threshold to mute in order to curate your feed so it's not an overwhelming torrent of voices, 6) unmute when you find yourself engaging with a muted person you like, 7) don't feel guilty about blocking or muting or unmuting, etc--it's your feed, your life,
8) use it as self-care and step away when it feels it's not self care--reach out for support here or elsewhere when you need it.

That's all. Be good to each other and be good to yourselves.
(NB: the above also applies to life in general)
