Hey look who is showing up in the Supreme Court! The case is "docketed" as 20-815. (Again, "docketed" does not mean the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case.)

Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about what the petition says because my eyes were burned out of their sockets with how the QP page looked:

I really mean that--I am physically incapable of reading all that all caps.

Also, they're clearly subscribing to the "the more QPs you have, the greater the chance of getting a cert grant" rule. You can find that rule in Stern & Gressman's Supreme Court Practice on page Eleventy-Never.
